RFTD:Raising funds through donations
RFTD: Raising Funds Through Donations is a process that enables artists to take financial responsibility by earning their own funds to cover expenses during the program. Through independent fundraising efforts and community engagement, artists develop essential skills in financial planning, resource management, and donor outreach. Participation is goal-driven and evaluated based on effectiveness.
Our Story
Artists are responsible for raising their own funds to cover expenses during the program. This can be done through various methods, including:
Personal Fundraising Campaigns – Creating online crowdfunding pages on platforms like GoFundMe or using social media to share their goals.
Community-Based Fundraising – Seeking donations from local businesses, family, friends, or community organizations.
Service-Based Earning – Offering skills such as tutoring, handmade crafts, or small services in exchange for donations.
Event-Based Fundraising – Organizing fundraising events like bake sales, charity auctions, or benefit performances.
Artists are encouraged to plan strategically, set clear financial goals, and track their progress. They are responsible for ensuring transparency in their fundraising efforts and managing their funds effectively.
