The staff will meet accepted artists to introduce their tasks, with a key focus on guiding them to raise money for themselves through (RFTD).
This is the designated time for artists to raise their own funds to participate in the events.
• Morning/Afternoon: Participants arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Festival organizers will provide airport pickup services.
• Evening: Check-in at the designated hotel in Nairobi, allowing participants to rest and refresh after their journey.
• Dinner: Enjoy a welcome dinner at a local restaurant, featuring traditional Kenyan cuisine to introduce participants to the country’s rich culinary culture.

9AM: Arrive The Herritage of Children of Faith and Hope

12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: Lunch break (meals provided at the center, featuring a mix of local and international options).

1:30 PM - 4:30 PM: Continuation of workshops, with a focus on collaborative projects, such as creating a group mural or preparing for the festival performance.

4:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Reflection and feedback sessions to gather insights from participants and organizers.
• Evening: Free time for participants to explore Nairobi or relax at the hotel.

• Full Days: Enjoy the safari and explore Masai Mara's wildlife.
• Morning: Depart from Masai Mara and travel back to Nairobi.
• Evening: Enjoy relaxed dinner in Nairobi
• Morning: Chill and relax in the morning
• Afternoon: Buy and collect handmade souvenirs at Nairobi’s Masai Market.
• Night: Enjoy Final night in Kenya, and enjoy local food.
• Morning: Check-out from the hotel and transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for departure.
• Festival organizers will ensure smooth airport transfers and assistance with any last-minute needs.
